The magic-pairing algorithm is based on the taste properties of the recipes, which are baked from those of their ingredients, proportions, and cooking style. Each of the ten taste properties of the dish is then balanced by a taste-olfactory attribute of a wine style. Once processed the pairing scores of over 10.000 wine styles, only the best pairings are selected. These are further fine-tuned according to the taste profile of the user.
