Access to this app is for Healthcare professionals only, and requires purchase of a SafeID system from Vision RT.

SafeID is an easy to use system that delivers non-contact patient safety in radiotherapy simulation and treatment delivery environments.

It is used to verify a patient’s ID and helps ensure that the correct patient is treated with the right accessories.

SafeID has a positive impact on patient management, reducing the time needed to go through ID at each appointment, and enabling more time to be focused on patient care.

The SafeID app:

• Provides quick, easy access to setup notes and photos • Enables easy photo identification of patient prior to their daily radiation treatment • Enables facial ID of wheelchair and stretcher patients through the app • Allows accessory setup without workflow delays • Supports multi-iPod workflow support in the radiotherapy simulation and treatment delivery environments
