App will not let me complete tasks when I slide the complete button most most times very annoying

They seem to have updates often. I use this app for work and I have to insert team photos. They ALWAYS without a doubt will glitch out and not be uploaded and I then have to go insert 150+ photos over three times. Please fix this.
