Players largely love the idle prison-tycoon concept and art, and it’s enjoyable when stable. However, the app is plagued by severe stability issues, pay-to-progress gates, and buggy updates. Crashes, freezes, and launch failures disrupt play; progression increasingly requires paid content. Ads are problematic, and some devices struggle to load. Overall, the game is fun in theory but often unplayable in practice, driving frustration and prompting spending to move forward.

Do Not Download! Used to be a great game until they created Blueprints. Now you have to collect those to unlock the next level. The problem is, the free and achievable blueprints are not enough to level up unless you buy the Pro or Elite pass. Spoiler, it’s not cheap and neither worth it. Oh and you have to buy the pass for each single level. Hundreds of dollars. Money hungry creators without caring about content. Levels become sloppy and same thing, nothing special. Deleting

Probably one of my favorite tycoon games due to actual management being required to maintain the prison. One bug I’d like to bring up is the prison guard dialogue breaking my game. I reinstalled the game and retained my data but ran through all the dialogue again. Every time he’s finished talking, I won’t be able to interact with the game at all and I have to restart the app. If there was a way to limit how much UI is on screen too, that’d be really great. Other than that though, great game.
