I invested months of resources into a cross-server ranking, aiming for first place. At the critical moment of activating my titles, the game crashed, causing me to lose by a narrow margin and miss the victory. The company offered no compensation. They only focus on money-grabbing events and never optimize the experience. And when I reported the crash, all they said was to uninstall and reinstall—never truly fixing the problem. Other apps don’t constantly make you reinstall! Very disappointing.
