This app is incredibly frustrating to use. The login process is difficult and inconsistent, which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app in the first place. The biggest issue is Face ID — it tells you to enable it after logging in, but the setting never actually saves. So every time you open the app, you’re forced to manually log in again. For something as basic as accessing pharmacy information, this should be seamless. Instead, it’s a constant hassle. Please fix the login issues and make Face ID actually work.

Every time I enable Face ID within the app, it NEVER saves the setting for the next login attempt. I’ll press Face ID and it’ll say to enable it in settings. Vicious cycle. App v1.93.0 iOS v26.4.2 on iPhone 16

Does not play nicely with password manager (won’t let my email id paste or autofill, also won’t accept keyboard shortcuts so I have to type email out manually. Keeps disabling Face ID so I have to use password to try to reenable Face ID( which still does not stay enabled).
