This app does not save your username and does not trigger your password manager on iPhone, so you have to type your entire username and password from scratch every time you log in. There is a Face ID toggle but it is useless. If your IVF clinic got bought by RMA, Please find somewhere else, even if it means traveling. The way they've handled the transition is abhorrent, including this awful app.

QR code requirement for sign in is terrible and it does not work if your phone is not on certain versions of iOS so I spent 20 mins unable to sign in to get blood work
