2024-08-25	Ba*****	Everytime I order through this app the time is always later than quoted. I also got an email for a coupon and when I put the code in, it said it was invalid. When I contacted customer service, they said it was as a glitch and there was no compensation they could offer (even though it was within 30 minutes of this email)

2023-01-14	to*****	There is no toggle to disable marketing push notifications (just text/email) and they’re sent constantly. So your choices are: Put up with them, disable notifications for the app entirely and miss notifications about your deliveries, or delete your account and uninstall the app. I chose the latter.

2022-10-28	Ro*****	I had used car hop for quite a few years because they pay restaurants and higher local people to deliver. Last week I ordered with them, and my food was delivered by an Uber! Even worse, they pocketed the drivers tip and tipped the Uber driver only two dollars. I wouldn’t support this company.

2021-09-11	do*****	I don’t know why I insist but the drivers are usually late and the food comes always cold. That doesn’t happen with the other local apps. The selection of restaurants is good but what’s the point if I can’t get the food fresh?

2020-04-20	le*****	these times are what they are & my regular beer store now has very limited days & hours, & draft beer seemed like something to look forward to in 2021/22. i was able to get crowlers (!!) & cans today. my delivery person was friendly, on time, communicative, & absolutely practiced social distancing while dropping off my much needed beers. the availability is spectacular. i am currently enjoying a draft beer (via crowler) so i’m nearly in tears… they offer discounts on already reasonably priced delivery, AND they do food! until we’re through this, you need this. STAY SAFE CAR HOP DRIVERS! we’ll keep you safe by staying far away & yelling “thank you!”.
