I got this app about five minutes ago help me with my math homework and I tried having you help me with the first question but once I got to the second question out of 19, it made me start a free trial or a monthly payment

You always have to force close the app and reopen it in order to use it on the next question, you can not just erase your previous work so that you can proceed to your next question you want to work on. You can’t just erase your previous work, you have to completely close the app and reopen it and the other issue is that you cannot scan pictures you’ve already taken and the camera does not zoom in and out.
