Want a refund of the damn game already. Support doesnt respond. Don't waste your money on their products. My kid is so disappointed, and I am ticked off.

2025-02-21	It*****	So basically, I have the chess game and sometimes I just like to play with all the characters and so basically I was on Candyland and right when my mom was on checkmate it just ended the game. My mom got really upset after that and today and yesterday I was just playing by myself so I was just trying to kill the King and every time I tried to it was like no your king will die if you move there and I just wanna move the king there like when people are just learning the game it’s OK for them to get mistakes and accidentally killed their queen and king so what I’m really just asking is for maybe an update where the person can actually react to your king being in checkmate and it doesn’t force you to not move your king somewhere when you’re in check cause it didn’t let me move the king anywhere, but I do like the fact that you can actually play them in real life and digitally

2024-06-14	Se*****	I received this kit for free to review and, while it has some fun stories, there’s a lot of bugs in the app and missing instructions that will prevent users from progressing in the tasks and will cause them to lose their progress. I assume this app is for children and want the developers to imagine children with limited patience trying to work through a bug in the app when they have no idea it’s not their fault. Another reason I gave this tool a single star is for impracticality. For example, the instructions ask you to put the 4 anti-slip frames on your tablet. Most people want to use a screen protector and case to protect their expensive tablet. The instructions imply that you have to remove your screen cover to use the frame corners leaving your table unprotected. Also, as a parent, most kids are messy. How long will it be before you lose a single piece and the game is worthless? Another example is using this in a car on a long trip. You really can’t because there’s 12 pieces to have to sort through. Overall, I think the idea of getting kids to use motor skills with an app is a cool idea. I just don’t think this is a practical way to do it. Removing the pieces to simplify the tool and putting more development into the bugs might be the best way forward.

2024-01-06	Wo*****	I love the idea of the tacto doctor game, but it doesn’t work with the toy tools. They don’t register when placing them on the iPad. This is disappointing because of the cost to purchase the toy and the general letdown of it not working.

2023-12-27	Br*****	The magnifying glass doesn’t work and we can’t get passed setup :( we called support and were told it was a known issue and that it should fix with the next update. We were told the update would take place within 48 hours. That was a week ago. Will change my rating once the update is completed and we can actually make it through setup.

2023-12-25	Sa*****	I really love this game but whenever my daughter plays it she has to wait all day just to identify the items even though i help her and it still dosent work we almost broke our device trying to hold it down just to identify i understand it might be difficult but im not happy because my daughter isnt happy.
