Unable to remove adds because the app crashes when I click the option. App crashes if I use the search function . App crashes every 30-60 seconds

I just logged on, now it’s making me write a review. But one bug I did find, is when I put in my email to sign in. It corrects my name to the first letter uppercase. And when I fix it, the app crashes. I’m logged in as a guest. I do wish that I could log in, but I’ll try my best!! I am sure that it’s of high quality, but I can’t experience any of that. And it won’t let me, not, write a review. It’s forcing me too and I am unable to click cancel. When I click cancel it crashes, and when I open it again, it makes me write a review. I’m giving in! :D
