Move Me Motivation App is a Chrome extension designed for Workplace Health Management (WHM). It is built on the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) for behavioral change and addresses common drop-out problems by integrating both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, acknowledging that motivation evolves through phases and relapses and is influenced by social context (e.g., employer).

This low-threshold concept aims to deliver lasting value by supporting regular exercise over years and adapts motivation to the user’s mindset and body. It can also obtain daily steps data from Apple Health to tailor guidance, helping reduce sick leaves and improve employee well-being.
