If you are just starting and a little overwhelmed by all the fitness apps out there today that want your money…STOP! Use this at least until you get going and can do more. I’m 61 and just starting again. It’s perfect for me and you even if you are half my age.

I love this app because it's free and it actually gives you a good workout that you can be proud of. But however every time that you try to do work out the timer glitch and counts two seconds as one and speeds through the workout so it feels rushed not really motivating.
