GE Labs brings the GE series’ tone modeling to mobile. Using MNRS Engine 2.0, you can sample real amps, cabs, and pedals and recreate their signature tones. It features 171 high-quality models (43 preamps, 43 cabinet simulators, 11 power amp simulators, and 74 stompboxes) plus 12 microphone models with dual-mic cabinet options. The MNRS technology analyzes frequency responses and tonal characteristics to produce a faithful nonlinear model, enabling you to capture and reproduce your gear’s feel on iPhone or iPad. You can also upload/download MNRS samples to MOOER Cloud and export them to GE series pedals.

Beyond sampling, GELABS offers unlimited effect chains with drag-and-drop routing, global cab and power-amp toggles, a 4-band global EQ, and latency modes tuned for different devices. It includes a built-in drum machine, tuner, and virtual footswitch, along with iOS compatibility for audio interfaces and MIDI controllers. Share patches via MOOER Cloud and export MNRS files to GE pedals to carry your tone wherever you go.

Users love the app's tones and easy interface but repeatedly report reliability problems that hamper real-world use. The top positives are excellent, realistic-sounding amp models and a straightforward UI, plus a generous free option and broad effect catalog. The biggest drawbacks are instability and crashes, persistent noise and latency (crackling, pops, and white noise), and limited DAW integration (no AUv3/IAA support) along with ongoing purchase/login/restore and cloud issues. Hardware compatibility concerns (e.g., iRig) also crop up. Overall, great sound and workflow on paper, but reliability and integration issues prevent it from being a solid everyday tool.

Too bad this app is so unstable. It is like a balloon ready to pop. While the CPU load reads under 50% your device will get very hot and you can not get rid of the latency static. BEWARE if you use it with an iK iRig HD you may get blasted with deafening white noise out of nowhere. I am trying to integrate this app but it is just too unfinished and unstable. NOTE: If you engage the main output EQ your signal folds to mono. This had me chasing around for an hour trying to figure out what the problem was. UPDATE: After Moore will not restore my unlimited slots purchase. I will never buy a Moore product again. $50.00 U.S. stolen.
