2025-12-10	jb*****	App is pretty basic, but works perfectly fine on my iPhone. Based on the other reviews, sounds Iike they’ve worked out the bugs in the past year or so. Only complaint is the floor scan functionality is a little confusing, as it doesn’t show where you’ve been so far, which makes it hard to tell if you have good coverage of your floor plan. Also isn’t clear how to capture multiple floors.

2023-11-14	Dc*****	Upon instruction from Mueller to put pictures in this app for a “virtual” inspection of our home, I downloaded the app and followed the instructions of the app to capture the photos requested, then came the “upload” step in the app where it spent the next hour spinning on 0% progress. I am connected via my home wifi with 50MB upload speed. Then comes the real problem, it is impossible to get support from Mueller or the developer of the app. I will not download any app in the future from this developer. If Mueller asks you to do a virtual photo shoot of your property for whatever reason, you should kindly decline.

2023-05-04	Fr*****	Wasted my time taking pics of the specified categories only to have problems trying to get them to upload. I called the insurance adjuster about the problem. He suggested uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I asked are the pics saved on my phone he said no. So I’ve wasted my time with this app now you want me to repeat the process. So wasting my time means nothing. If I could have given a rating of ZERO stars I would have. FIX YOUR INCOMPLETE APP!

2022-12-20	PS*****	I spent hours and hours cleaning my house, I had been decorating for Christmas and had boxes everywhere and needed to get that cleaned and put away!!! I took pictures in the categories/rooms that were listed on my download. We live in a 60’ x 100’ shop/building with living quarters. 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Kitchen, dining room, 3 living spaces, mud room, etc, etc. HUGE. Lots of details. I spent hours taking pictures. They would not upload!!!!!!!!! Too many pictures???? No one could tell me the limit. I deleted pictures, never got it to upload. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. This app needs a rework!!!!
