Recent reviews

The app only has a one bar connection even when on top of the machine. ( Bluetooth) Does not save the settings. Always reverts to the factory settings. Instructions are poor and hard to follow. Needs fixing real bad. Also, no way to contact customer service.

Follow all the instructions and the app doesn’t connect to the diffuser. It ask for the Bluetooth password, when you enter the password it said wrong password. It doesn’t allow to create an account and doesn’t connect through wifi.
