Literally the worst app I’ve ever used. Takes forever to load pictures and sometimes just chooses not to load any. It will also show the dates of when new photos have come out but won’t show you the photos until days later. Huge pain to use this app. Took me an hour to look at 100 photos.

This app is so frustrating to use! If the pics come through at all they’re very fuzzy and you can’t see faces clearly. I’ve tried all the suggestions and I still can’t see the most recent pics of my son. Very disappointing.

Currently in the DEP and we have to use this horrible app. It worked for maybe like 2 weeks, then it just showed “error failed to authorize” and didn’t show anything. I reinstalled and lo and behold, it takes forever for the buffer screen to go away, and I forgot my password and the way to fix it is for them to send you a temporary password, rather than just sending a link to reset it. Who in their right mind thought this was a genius idea? Combine that with the chance it doesn’t even give you a temp password because it gives an error message. Don’t even bother with messaging support, they won’t help.
