This app can be used only by four nationalities. If you’re not a citizen of UAE, Turkey and two more irrelevant countries then you are SOL. Booked a stay at Beach Resort but with those exclusionary approach - it will be my first and last stay at your properties. Good luck

Hi it helped me earn loads of points everywhere I go

I don’t see much benefit from U by Emaar as I can’t utilize my points towards shops or hotel rooms, also very slow in calculating points, no newsletter or communication updates.
