2025-05-29	DM*****	Had this app not even 24 hours so far and I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times already because the app will literally sit and not load up. Majority of the time I’ve had the app I’ve stayed waiting for it to load. Do better. Already bad enough that the buses are never on time

2025-03-12	Jo*****	In the real time map, there's a solid chance that 1.) The bus icon that tracks where the bus is at in real time is either incorrect of just doesn't show up to begin with (happened to me several times) and/or 2.) There's an issue with the arrival time predictor. In my experience it's usually that it'll say a bus will show up at a certain time and the bus ends up way later than can realistically be considered from traffic (it does move the time in the app but if the bus is 20 minutes out why does the app say it's 7?) Or in the case that I just had today, it gives you a time for a bus that doesn't even exist. I had a bus that was supposed to show up at 11:50, the app said it was due at our stop on time, but nobody there saw it, and the app just removed the arrival time same way it does when the bus does show up, so clearly there wasn't even a late bus or anything, it just broke and gave us a ghost. Ended up having to wait another half hour for the next bus, and at that point just remove the time if there isn't a bus there so you don't have people standing out for 50 minutes for no reason.

2023-09-05	Ce*****	So the first bus passed my son up as he was on his way home from school. I said not a problem. It’s an app to tel me exactly where the next one is. Boom. Download the app. As I’m watching, the bus just disappears off the screen. Mad is an understatement.
