I used to be able to access my data when Sunpower was the company name, and now with SunStrong, ai have to pay 100 bucks a year for right to know if my solar panels, which i purchased and paid for, are working properly. Total scam.

We needed to reconnect our PVS6 to our new Gateway. We have been unable to connect the PVS to our network. Customer support request 48 hours to respond. We have been unable to deal with it based on the available instructions. We do not get weather information based on latest release. Our Battery sticks at 82% even though energy is sent to it

Before its name was changed, I was able to access a weekly analysis even a monthly analysis of my home solar, but now that it changed to SunStrong Connect it’s forcing me to get a plan to see my reports. I’m already paying a tremendous amount for my solar panels so now to see how it works. I have to pay more? It doesn’t make any sense.
