ELV Parent & Pickup

Early Learning Ventures Parent & Pickup Mobile App Is used by both parent/guardians of childcare providers, and non-parent/guardians, that are using Early Learning Venture's Alliance CORE system.

The Parent & Pickup app allows parent(s) and guardian(s):

• Approve Attendance
• Communicate with your child’s Care Team, or administration staff
• Receive alerts for Immunizations, Medical Evaluations, etc.
• Receive/Read Provider to Parent messages
• Report a child as absent
• Request/Receive reporting
• Maintain Emergency Contact/Authorized Pickups
• Setup/ Maintain billing instructions
• Setup/Maintain billing payment methods
• Make electronic payments for childcare.

For family members authorized to drop-off and pick-up children, Child Care Providers will often have a Kiosk running in the center or home that displays a QR Code. Simply use this app to scan that QR Code, and check-in or pick-up is a snap.
