Neat experimental delay but requires too much of a learning curve to find sweet spots that are usable in “real” recordings. For someone who is interested in experimenting more than playing (which is not a bad thing).

You guys are stepping up your game hard this year! I’ve been a dedicated Audio Damage fan for my “extreme” effects stuff and hardly stepped outside of them for a decade and a half aside from desktop Native Instruments Kontakt type stuff and Sugar Bytes but your guys have jumped into the winners circle with the last two releases which were both an awesome surprise as they came out in quick succession and out of
Nowhere. Tbh I’m considering putting the effort into doing a YouTube tutorial on this an WOV and show how I run many of my Ableton tracks through AUM where I process them using your work and run it back into the DAW because they’ve become such a necessary part of my sound and workflow!
One of my favorite things about your recent work is your approach to interface design (also what I do for a living). I love the minimalist yet heavily visual vector style you guys use. I blushingly admit I’ve been using it as an inspiration for some of my client work without crossing the line but the flat single color, visually communicated approach and how you guys make it seem both retro and hyper modern at the same time has rocked my approach to design! Please stick with this interface style as its very very easy to work with and explain to collaborators if I produce with other ppl. These plugins are the perfect mix of simplicity with just the right amount of detailed control. It’s not overwhelming and since I’ve made the handful presets I need beyond the sweet options u give us, I hardly map anything and if I do it’s 2-3 midi ccs.
So thanks so much and keep up the amazing work because if this company keeps at it with releases like these and adds new sonic territory but with similar UI and creative executions like this you can be the mobile device goto company for producers and that role still isn’t taken since it’s still just dominated by conversions from old classic desktop top teams like Audio damage and fab filter porting their work. But this stuff is beautiful on the small and mid size screen in a way those guys didn’t build their stuff to be when they first coded their UIs, they had to modify. Cheers and good luck and I’m routing for you! Planning a YouTube tut dedicated to TTAP and WOV to release within the next week so hopefully that goes well! If your interested in talking about the products for a few minutes I’d love to feature any thoughts and background info you might have to share with the iOS based audio scene. I think these tools deserve that focus since guys like Haq have the more instrument type iOS apps covered we need to give more exposure and true understanding of the potential with the plugin/fx side of the field which is more fun than learning the difference between two fm synths anyway imo lol

If there’s one effect that we have endless options to choose from, as it comes with any and every music app, every sampler, beat maker, daw, multi effect, synth, guitar processor, et al, it’s a friggin DELAY. There is almost no delay app I would ever feel compelled to pick up, as it’s a pretty easy effect to make sound good, even if you’re stuck with duplicating wav files in a DAW editing lane.
That being said, this delay is super siiiiiiiiiiick! It’s got these warp and crimp and wobble controls that makes even a good pitch shifting delay seem lame. The glitchers and databenders thought a delay like this was only ever gonna be something to imagine using while banging the wife with their eyes closed. It’s weird, with glitchy stutters and tight envelope followers. Will already be taking it’s place amongst my most used effect apps, right there with LowFly Diry, Bit Maestro, and the ToneBoosters series. It’s so good, that it made me decide to grab Shaper today, solely so I could complete the K Devices trio, having faith that it would be worth it after W and This guy were such absolute. BANGERS!
