I have ordered parts for this machine three or four times and they always send me different things. Nothing that matches. I can’t find a filter that goes in their properly and the customer service is not that good Of course I like the machine, but after you need to replace parts and they’re not available or they get sent to you the wrong size which is ridiculous

Vacuum wouldn’t connect via Bluetooth. Poor app and product.

I banded my robot Kevin, at first he was it was a bit quirky, would constantly remove itself from the charger without being fully charged, now it works like a champ. There are times that I have to set it twice to clean as it only has the one brush to push trash around but it’s been a blessing to me and the family to be able to set it where ever I’m at, even if I’m not home I can set it to clean just need to make sure there’s nothing on the floor that it could get stuck out pick up
