I am currently waiting on an email back because I havent received any cash back when I hit withdraw and I am not sure why. I want to remain loyal on this app because I want to keep and support using this app throughout. I will give you guys the five stars if the issues regarding cash back has been fixed and remain consistent.

Before when we had it connected to our bank to track our transactions, it used to be so much easier to get cash back. But now with this disconnect, and even when I would send in the receipts like they ask, they don’t reward me with the cash back. Their reasoning? Because I activated the offer not even a few hours after the purchase, it was the same day! Like are you kidding? Safe to say I’m done with this app. I can’t even withdraw the current amount that I have in there. They said they’ll send an email to confirm the withdrawal request, I sent it twice and nothing.
