The app worked really well and was super simple to use back then! I didn’t even really mind after they started implementing the required screenshots. Slightly inconvenient but I can understand. But I would take the time to grab screenshots of receipts just to have my request rejected without any reason. After reuploading more, still rejected. Seems like the app just completely stopped working after the receipt screenshot requirement. Wasted a lot of time retrieving those too. I unfortunately will have to stop using this app :(
