Gives me a video saving error. so I’m uninstalling and going with a different app. I did try to contact support, but that link isn’t working.

2023-06-21	Ev*****	Tried to import a video. Every time my phone screen locked I would have to restart the whole importing process from the beginning. Fast forwarding worked flawlessly until I had to watch an ad (understandably) but the app wouldn’t let me save the video after. I watched the ad and couldn’t close it afterwards so I can properly save the video after multiple attempts. Could be an amazing and simple app to use but it didn’t work for me sadly.
