2024-09-22 Ma***** I was fortunate to find out about universe blue/ blue connect early on when starting my private internal medicine. practice. One of the biggest concerns patients have is when they cannot reach staff when calling regarding prescriptions or other issues. Because of Blue, we have been able to look at visual voicemail through our email and use the app to quickly respond to calls and messages. It has helped tremendously with my patient satisfaction.

2023-08-02 Ca***** For 2 weeks now when I log into the app I am not able to receive calls or make calls until I uninstall the app and redownload it. I keep getting an error “We are unable to complete your call now due to failed SIP registration. Please enable Local Network permissions by going to Settings>Privacy>Local Network on your phone.” I’ve always had volume issues with the app and it will ring once or twice then go to my voicemail.
