Features & Capabilities

Masimo SafetyNet is a secure cloud-based platform that enables providers to remotely manage patients with customized interactive digital CarePrograms. These CarePrograms replace traditional home-care plans and are delivered to patients’ smartphones, actively reminding them to follow the plan and automatically capturing monitoring data from the tetherless Radius PPG sensor, then securely pushing the data to clinicians at the hospital for evaluation.

Radius PPG sensors, powered by Masimo SET technology, provide continuous respiration rate and oxygen saturation monitoring via a tetherless, single-patient-use sensor. SafetyNet also integrates with Apple Health, allowing users to share measurements collected from connected devices.

Cons
  • Bluetooth connectivity issues and occasional device/app disconnects requiring re-pairing or refreshing.
