User reviews cluster around reliability and usability problems. Many report crashes or freezes, especially when viewing photos or using the gallery, and some cannot play videos. QR code sign-in/out often fails or stalls. Login is tedious due to forced password entry and no biometric options. Payments and autopay management frequently break. Support access is often broken (404 errors) or slow to respond. A minority value the app for viewing daily updates and child photos/videos.

Recent reviews

App is very buggy when viewing photos. Will crash often requiring you to reopen and log in. More frequently, have been getting “unable to connect to server” error message. Have to delete and re-install the app to work again. It’s a shame that the developers do not take all the low reviews seriously and fix these issues. In the age of genetic AI, I hope these all these developers get replaced
