2026-07-07	Gr*****	I used to play mahjong trails on my computer many years ago. After several years with no computer I got an iPad & installed mahjong trails on it. I have been playing it daily since I got iPad. Several days ago it quit completely opening, it would load to 50% and then freezes. I have tried everything recommended, but it still doesn’t work. What can I do to fix this? This is my favorite game to play. Please help!

2026-07-06	Sh*****	Newest update keeps going to a page where it wants me to send an email to somebody. It’s frozen in that spot. I was over level 150. Very, very dissatisfied!

Now I’ve noticed the “magic” timing of game piece overlays that occur mainly during the mid-level (and above) games. A march for a piece is usually digitally revealed at a slow pace to runout the timer. I used to buy the coin packages and pay for their seasonal promotions as a way to showing good sportsmanship; but I’ve become disappointed at their frequent and seemingly built-in lapses of that characteristic - so I don’t anymore.

2024-11-12	SW*****	It tells me on 11/12/24 that I need to update my game. Ok then. I hit the update button and it takes me to the App Store. I hit update. Nothing. It doesn’t update and I go back to the game and do it again. 4 times. Nothing. It demands I update and then nothing happens.
