It offers a payment plan for a “deluxe” version of the app every time you open it. Even if it’s a minute in between. I wish there was a “do not show again” option

2026-01-17	li*****	Im very disappointed that i was billed 24 dlls and im getting a message of “internal error” when I try to send the invitation to my son. It speaks volumes when im running into glitches 1 min after downloading the app.

2024-12-24	Ja*****	I saw someone demo this on tictok and gave it a try. Spent money on a stack of labels and went to work on the 12 storage bins in my garage. When I was done, I thought now if in six months I need to look for something, just scan the bar code. Opened the app and weirdly it asked for a log in. I logged and nothing was there. Nothing recorded. I was beyond cheesed off. Of course, contacting these people was useless. Don’t bother with this one. I lost so much time I’ll never get back.

2024-12-16	Wo*****	I regret buying labels and downloading the app. There’s an option in the app to upload images from my cellphone camera roll, but it doesn’t work. Every time I try I get an error message. If I take the photos from within the app, they don’t save to my camera roll—they only exist on the Elephant Trax service, which is very worrying from a privacy and sustainability perspective.
