Features & Capabilities

Command App lets you manage Stealth Cam and Muddy cellular trail cameras from a single mobile dashboard. It combines AI subject recognition with weather and solunar data to reveal patterns in game movement, while On-Demand HD photos and Live View deliver instant access to field activity. Revolver series support adds 360° and 180° panoramas with in-app review, and advanced mapping layers show property lines and hunting land maps for smarter scouting.

Organize devices with camera groups, manage data plans, and share view-only access with teammates. Filter images by AI tags, weather, solunar conditions, and time of day; receive push notifications and enjoy night-colorization for IR photos. Command integrates with HuntStand and DeerCast to streamline hunting workflows. Getting started is quick: install Command, sign in, add cameras via QR, and connect to deploy.

User Reviews

Users praise Command App for ease of use and good image quality at a reasonable price, especially for night shots. However, recurring problems overshadow the positives: devices frequently go offline or fail to send pics, batteries drain quickly, and solar units struggle. The app UX is often slow and clunky, with loading wheels and navigation issues. Update prompts can lock out access in the field, and customer support is inconsistent, with some users reporting ghosting or slow responses. Overall, reliability and UX need attention to fully satisfy outdoor users.
Pros
  • Easy to use and quick to set up.
  • Clear, high-quality pictures, including good night images.
  • Affordable price/value for multiple cameras.
Cons
  • Cameras and the app frequently go offline or fail to transmit images.
  • Battery life and power drain issues (batteries die quickly; solar units offline).
  • Clunky app UX with slow loading, spinning wheels, and hard navigation.
  • Update prompts block access to cameras in the field.
  • Inconsistent or slow customer support (ghosting and long response times).

My trail cam never seemed fast enough to capture anything. Images were usually empty. I reached out to customer support when the live feed stopped working and had yet to get a response after several attempts. Meanwhile, it’s been about 3 months and I’m unable to cancel my monthly plan. It hasn’t been a perfect experience and now I’m left with all this hardware and a monthly subscription I can’t cancel from the app.

Takes a good picture but the memory card won’t format.

Ap is fine. Both cameras will not stop snapping pictures about every 4 minutes. Have it set to be on a couple hours per day. Emailed with no reply. Paid for year of service in advance so letting it snap away
