Recent reviews

Only as good as the Department using it Cal co needs update its usage. Limited information not helpful most times. Simple “Road Closed” doesn’t provide information to formulate alternative routes. Accuracy is lacking , Some alerts are left active for days. App itself has glitches and locks up frequently. In visiting pages within department warnings are received for suspected hacking and unsecured sites.

The app crashes every single time I try to open a notification. This has been going on for months. Then I try to reopen it and it continues to crash/close. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still happens. They’re only 50/50 as to if they notify us about traffic issues. Example: one morning they notified us about an accident in AA County that backed traffic up into Dunkirk, but the same thing happened a few days ago and no notification was sent. App needs troubleshooting and notifications need to be consistent.
