It’s great to have this app the photos identifying the Hostas is terrific. The identification by camera is not dependable but nice to have. I’m hoping they continue to work on this and add information about each species I would gladly pay a yearly fee for the app if they ad information about the plants and improve the photo identification Great start I use it daily Thanks .

Wish this actually worked! This is a great concept, but it just doesn’t work most of the time. I pointed this at Hostas I know, and it usually identified it wrong. One review stated it depends on light, angle etc., but I found it is just wrong. It even identified a non variegated Hosta as a variegated one!?!? Now, what is kind of cool is it’s “catalogue” of hosta pictures. It is possible to scroll through those pictures to find ones that look like your Hosta. Now I will say that some of the pictured plants have on name on them that I think is wrong. Please keep working on this. Lots of Hosta collectors will love it. Perhaps if in included categories of descriptions of the plants characteristics.
