Multiple reviews praise the app for easing scheduling, viewing upcoming lessons and evaluations, and integrating with the online account, especially with teacher filters and easy login. However, a large share of reviews highlight major reliability and UX problems: frequent crashes and blue-screen login, slow performance, and server errors; a cumbersome, non-intuitive scheduling flow with poorly ordered times and flaky filters; and a problematic evaluations tab with flickering and unreadable content. Pros

Easy to schedule classes, view upcoming lessons and progress evaluations, with the option to filter class requests by teacher.
Generally user-friendly and convenient for managing bookings, balances, makeups, evaluations, and syncing with the online account.
Quick login for some users (saved credentials/biometric) and automatic location detection helps show local classes.
Ability to book new classes and view offered packages within the app.

Cons

Frequent reliability issues: crashes, slow loading, and blue-screen login, making the app feel unstable.
Cumbersome scheduling flow: not intuitive, hard to navigate, times not shown in chronological order, and filters that don’t consistently work; rescheduling can be buggy.
Evaluation tab problems: flickering and inability to scroll/read evaluations.
Overall UX design is poor and needs a major overhaul; some users feel the app forces usage and isn’t intuitive.

I was a bit worried when I saw the reviews for the app. They must have changed it since the previous reviews. The app is easy to guide and use. Only thing I wish they had was a filter when searching for booking more classes.

You can’t cancel their service going through lot of hoops. They purposely hide and charge you unused service and not interested in customer satisfaction. Lacy(manager) from Lewis Center, oh is the worst representative ever

The app is terrible. I understand the potential it has to streamline things; however, it does not work reliably. Ex: slow/does not load, inaccurate information, etc. Swim school relies heavily on app assuming it works better than it does. Parents get frustrated. It creates friction between staff and customers as staff will assume customer doesn’t want to use app or treat them like they are “dumb”.
