However, reviews consistently cite reliability problems: data accuracy and freshness are inconsistent (solar/battery data can be wrong or hours out of date), frequent crashes or long load times, and intermittent connectivity during outages. Newer UI updates bury key controls and remove features, and multi-panel management is poorly supported.

All of a sudden the app wouldn’t load so I deleted app and reinstalled but then it wouldn’t accept my password. So I tried to reset the password and it wouldn’t accept my new password.
