I'm extremely frustrated with having to change my password every 4 days. This seems like an unnecessary security measure, especially since the password change process itself has errors. Even when meticulously following the password criteria (capital/lowercase letters, symbols), I often encounter error messages or claims that my new password doesn't meet the requirements. This is a significant inconvenience and a surprising technical issue for such a well-known bank. I urge you to review this process and provide a fix, as it negatively impacts user experience.

Feeling safer with the Biometric option and You don’t need to visit the branch anymore. Doing all my transactions from the app Especially 151 transfers and account to card transfer. Cool app ❤️❤️
