My bike was locked up. I was far from home. The app couldn't find the locker and their support line repeatedly hung up on me from hold without anyone ever answering. Absolutely abysmal company. If you want access to your bike stay away from these incompetents.

The app needs polishing. I’ve been forced to use a locker and had to use this locker. It took me several attempts before I was able to create an account. It asked multiple times for phone and email verification, and then multiple times for CC. I tried to copy a card number from my password manager, and the cc form went crazy. Please test your app.

The app works perfectly fine up until I want to rent a locker where it just says the lockers are loading even though all lockers are available. I don’t know if this is a me problem or an app problem but it’s genuinely leaves the app unusable.
