The sound quality is awful. Ads are annoying. App pauses or goes silent for no apparent reason and has to be restarted

Shows ads that you can’t exit out of. Usually a X appears in the corner to continue using the app but I find I need to close the app totally and restart it to get to the music. Latest ad was one stating you might also like showing useless to me products and news articles without a way to continue onto the app. Ones with the 5 second countdown usually freeze and never finish counting down.
