Bot-It

I paid for a full year of service, and it barely worked. For months, I repeatedly contacted support and was continuously told, "Don't worry, we'll fix it." Nothing was fixed. After finally giving up and requesting cancellation, I discovered that even the cancellation process doesn't work properly. The system generates errors and makes it extremely difficult to cancel the subscription. To make matters worse, when my subscription renewed, the company refused to issue a refund despite my prior requests to cancel. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. Lots of promises, very little accountability, and a product that simply did not perform as advertised.

My experience with Bot-It has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid for a service that failed to function as advertised and spent weeks trying to get answers. Throughout the process, communication was poor, updates were virtually nonexistent, and I was left repeatedly wondering whether anyone was actively working on the issue. When I finally received a response, I was told there had been a technical issue and was promised a free month of service as compensation. That free month was never provided. Instead, I was left with a non-functioning service, unmet promises, and no meaningful resolution. The most concerning part of this experience was the lack of accountability. Customers should not have to continually follow up for status updates, nor should they be promised remedies that are never delivered. If a service is unavailable or broken, clear communication and prompt action should be expected. After months of frustration, I requested a refund due to the ongoing issues and lack of results. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bot-It. The combination of unreliable service, poor communication, and unfulfilled commitments has completely eroded my trust in the company.
