It supports recurring reminders (hourly, at specific times, daily, weekly, on selected days), the ability to mark medications as Taken or Missed, snooze or reschedule doses, refill reminders, PRN medications, and reminders for medical appointments. You can also share medication history with your doctor, manage multiple users, and view reminders in a calendar with time zone awareness, all without needing an internet connection.

Key features include auto-snooze of alarms, VoiceOver accessibility support, Dark Mode, photo attachments for meds, FDA drug database search (US only), and local backups/restores across devices. This extension helps you maintain an accurate medication schedule, reduce double-dosing, and keep your healthcare team informed with simple reports.

User Reviews

Users praise the app for easy, reliable reminders and strong flexibility across many meds and schedules, plus good cross-device support. Common downsides include data transfer from older versions requiring manual re-entry, limited batch rescheduling, editing/dose updates being cumbersome, occasional UI glitches, and some missing scheduling options. Overall, it’s valued for staying on track and caregiver usefulness, with complaints mainly about migration and editing usability.
Pros
  • Easy to use with a clear UI that shows what was taken or not
  • Highly flexible and customizable for multiple meds and schedules (daily, as-needed, appointments, notes)
  • Reliable reminders with snooze options and customizable sounds
  • Cross-device support (iPhone and Apple Watch) with iCloud backup
  • Good for staying on track and helpful for caregivers (medication history and notes)
Cons
  • Data transfer/upgrade from older versions is not seamless; users often have to re-enter meds
  • Cannot batch-reschedule multiple doses at once; only individual dose actions are supported
  • Editing/deleting meds and updating doses can be cumbersome and occasionally difficult
  • Occasional UI glitches and navigation issues (e.g., stuck prompts, timing/errors when using the watch)
  • Some scheduling options are missing or unclear (e.g., monthly scheduling) and snooze adjustments can be hard to locate

I have to take daily changes for symptoms like stomach ache or headache there are no instructions on how to do it. It’s ok but when you have anxiety can’t keep remembering the meds you took I take Thryoid, Lexapro etc I want to let my dr know the meds , foods ,symptoms so I can get optimal health. I’m trying to. Write a list I don’t know what’s related to what. I’m so tired if I tell anyone they are frustrated and tell me everyone I went swimming yesterday. Is the exhaustion from that? How can I put the meds for symptoms on the lists

I used to use another app that got way too complicated over the years. This app is easy to use and clear to see what was taken or not. I wish each time slot of pills were grouped together, so that rescheduling dose times, skipping or taking them could all be done at once. Currently, you can mark all 3 or more as taken or not, but not reschedule. I can’t find where to adjust the snooze time. The last thing is when I select Take from the watch companion app, it marks them off at the time they were due, not the current time, which is then inaccurate for determining the next pill time.
