Paid for a 3 hour time slot and the door wouldn’t unlock no matter how many times I pressed unlock, entered the code, resent code. Nothing worked. Absolute scam.

The light kept on turning on full blast every minute and half so I reached out to tech support by email. No answer. I called support and they couldn’t help me and said someone will call me back in one minute. Now all my time is gone and no one has reached out.
