The payment features work of course, since that’s how they get money. If you need help it’s pretty awful. I don’t know if their chat based support is AI or they’re just really incompetent but they don’t seem to read your requests and send back the closest blog post they wrote, basically. For example I wrote that my key fob worked to access some community amenities and flashed green when swiped at the pool, but I couldn’t get in because the door appeared to have a physical lock mechanism engaged during open hours, and I asked for help getting in. Through several iterations they: 1) tried to sell me a replacement fob 2) asked me to contact them through a different mechanism that seemed to respond identically 3) sent me a picture of the fob I already indicated I had and that worked, telling me that’s what I need to get in …if you have to use this with your HOA, just don’t expect much help
