Mes Urgences

Mes Urgences, is a mobile application proposed by the regional health agency and the SESAN at the request of the Île-de-France Regional Council.

Mes Urgences allows you to get for the Ile-de-France emergency services:

• usual attendance levels for the next 7 days
• the level of attendance in real time
• an estimation of the duration of time spent in the service

By activating the geolocation you can also visualize :

• the nearest emergency services
• the itinerary to the selected emergency service

Mes Urgences is not intended to direct you to any particular emergency service: for any life-threatening emergency, please contact 15.

For authorized health care professionals, Mes Urgences also provides :

• real time emergency services occupation rate
• a detailed view of the location of patients in departments
