With 25 circuits and separate high-score lists (Game Center and Apple Watch), you can compete to be the best. To submit your Watch score, ensure your iPhone and Watch are linked, then tap Send Score on the Watch and confirm on the iPhone. Now you can know if you are the best on the Apple Watch!
