2026-06-22	Ro*****	Today , i faced issue in the supermarket because i couldn’t able to use my card ,reason for “expired of the record of Emirates ID” from the bank , which was not informed totally and i had to call service and make a phone call to fix the issue for more than 25 minutes call. And we found out the reason at last . Not totally acceptable . Why there’s no informations about expired of ID record ?!!!!!! You just wasted my time

2026-05-08	Mi*****	I am no longer able to log into the app. I am unable to use Face ID for security and personal reasons. It doesn’t seem to be a way around the new feature that requires Face ID. So the application is now useless to me.

2026-05-02	To*****	I got the new Amazon Credit card and am being told that there is no way to pay it through the app unless you open a current account as well with EI. That means no auto-pay option and to pay the credit card you either have to set up manual transfers or deposit cash in an atm.
