Recent reviews

App never works. I always have to restart it and it seems like it logs me out every other time. It always says there’s an error processing your transfer. And right now it’s not even logging me in. The bank is a joke too. Every card I’ve gotten has broke and since they don’t want to update anything the cards don’t have tap either. Overall I’ve had a terrible experience with this bank. Only one person likes to help me after driving 2 hours back home to figure the problem out and if she’s not there then nothing gets resolved. Mind you after the card chip breaks after one week of use they charge you for a new one every time. Not impressed.

This app normally works well for everything I need. I’m currently facing an issue when attempting to mobile deposit a check. When going to take photos, it says “Full screen is required” instead of opening the camera. Would love to get this fixed. Currently fully updated on iPhone 15 Pro Max.
