I have been with the support team for hours They can not figure out why the incoming calls are not ringing on the app The reason I downloaded the app was because of the “confort” of using it while On the go- but this is a problem when calls are coming in and they are not ringing on the app for Me to take the call live Please take care of this issue ASAP THANK YOU
