Recent reviews

Having issues with an item and trying to get a replacement. I can’t use the Product Support link, and the customer service chat is automated with limited responses and reply choices. My Prime account I am able to get a live customer support agent, tho you definitely have to do a Google search to find the link. On my business account there is no option for live customer support, ANYWHERE.
