Recent reviews

Customer service says it is because when I turned the screen off on my phone, my phone put the app in the background and didn’t prioritize my microphone which caused my hour and a half recording of my class notes that I need to print to use for my midterm tomorrow not to save to the cloud which in turn caused it to not save to the Genio app. The pictures I added throughout the recording are there so I don’t understand how the photos are still there but the recording is not. I’m going to go back to using the voice recorder on my phone because I’ve never had a problem with that app.

App is constantly crashing on my iPhone as of two weeks ago. I have been unable to get the notes I need in class because of this. It needs to be fixed. It’s unusable
