I have been on this journey with Kyle for a few years and have started finding my float now that I do the app. Having the option to do a full practice or just work on skills on the other days works really well for me as a yoga teacher and fitness coach. This practice has increased my physical strength and my mobility so that I am now stronger at 60 than I have ever been. Kyle is a rockstar coach with just the perfect balance of push and support. Love this app Kyle!
